Private tuition
Studying one-to-one or one-to-two, the way yoga was traditionally communicated between student and teacher, is the best way to develop your understanding and progress your practice. Please contact me to arrange a private session.
Hourly rate: £35.
Weekly yoga classes and beginners' yoga courses
The numbers in my classes are restricted to provide a lower student/tutor ratio than is found in many other classes. This ensures that each student receives adequate input from the tutor to be able to progress their understanding and pratice.

Roadside parking
There is no roadside parking on Fernside Road, Bracken Glen or Double Yellows anywhere! Parking restrictions do not apply on single yellow lines at the weekend. During the week the restrictions are as follows:
